OUR FOOD

We are known as the Cathedral of Rice because our specialty is rice and, especially, Valencian paella.

In our menu there are a total of 32 different types of paellas and rice.

We bet on the typical products of Valencian gastronomy, since the restaurant’s philosophy is the promotion of zero kilometer food (slow food).

THE MENU

 

If we start with the starters, it must be said that we clearly bet on Mediterranean products: esgallat toast, salads, lisa croquettes, Cullera sepia, Dénia red shrimp, etc. Although our most popular entree is the Roman squid, a great success among our customers.

The protagonists of the letter are the rice. Valencian paella is our quintessential dish, but we also have other types of rice such as reguerot, Paella de Cullera, rice with lobster and many more!

As for fish we have sea bass with salt, turbot on the back, mullet with mullet juice, etc. And in the section of meats it is possible to emphasize our beef tenderloin with foie with apple or the steak of carved beef, among others.

To finish a good lunch or dinner you can not miss desserts. Our homemade cheese flan is the most successful among our customers, but it competes with other high-level rivals such as pineapple carpaccio, toasted lemon cream with strawberry ice cream, etc.

Highlight the Tomahawk T-bone steak, which has been left whole rib and, therefore, thicker. Receive this name for its similarity to the Tomahawk Indian ax.

They also delight the diners the beef ribeye, the low loin of Galician blond cow, the marinated vacuum, the veal gizzard, the carvery, etc.
